Should I get contacts or keep wearing glasses?
asked
I've been wearing glasses for 9 years. I had many opportunities to get contacts, but I refused because I think I look ugly without my glasses (my eyes look bulgy!). Now, I'm considering it again and decided to get some advice...should I give contacts a try? And if I do get contacts, is there any way I could make my eyes look not so weird?

Here's me with and without my glasses, wearing no makeup and the most unemotional expression I could pull. Please forgive my bedhead!

Thanks everyone for all the advice and kind words! I just got contacts this morning and I'm loving them so far (no more need to keep pushing my glasses up every few minutes)!

I think you should wear contacts if you don't like contacts then stick with your glasses :)

Def try using contacts! Your eyes are more visible when you don't wear glasses :)

Contacts! You have such pretty eyes, do not hide them behind glasses!

Try contacts. And you don't look ugly without you glasses. It's just like @RoryGautsche said you are not used to see yourself without your glasses. I have contacts for three years now and i'm very happy with them. When I first had them i was like "Omg, I look so different without my glasses" but now that i got used to it I like myself better with contacts. And if you decide to wear contacts and you are not satisfied you can also buy glasses with window glass and wear them (is it called like this? Don't know, hope you'll understand (; ) and i think contacts are also more practical :)
