I love edgy outfits if it works right with the persons personality who is rocking it. However there is a time and place for everything even when it comes to attire. But you could still have that edge and create a new or signature look for yourself.

I like to mix edgy with safe. For example I like to mix a wild pair of shoes with a more sleek look. It really depends on what piece you want to emphasize. Just keep in mind that the pieces HAVE to complement eachother. You don't mix a pair of hot stilettos with a nautical look (nauticall is wrong on SO many levels as it is...)
